Shipping & Delivery Policy

BT Commercial Ltd. offers free of charge standard ground floor delivery for all domestic orders above €30.00 subject to stock availability.

Orders below this amount will be charged a flat rate of € 5.00

Estimated delivery times for domestic orders (Malta and Gozo) between 3 to 5 working days upon order confirmation.

For local orders, less than 30 kgs will be delivered by Malta Post. Customers choosing a required service should be aware of the conditions of carriage and the basic service specifications, such as delivery targets and security of service.  Detailed information can be viewed on the Malta Post’s website: https://www.maltapost.com/termsandconditions?l=1

The customer agrees not to plan a specific delivery time in advance according to the service provided by Malta Post. Malta Post shall attempt to deliver your registered items to your address. If there is no one available to receive items at your address, you will be required to collect them from your nearest Malta Post Office as indicated on the notification they post in your letterbox. Alternatively, if you are a registered Easipik user, you may choose to collect your item from one of MaltaPost’s 24/7 Easipik Parcel Locker which is located in various localities around Malta & Gozo free of charge. For local orders above 30 kgs, BT Commercial logistic/delivery team will deliver your item. The delivery time shall be planned prior to transmission of the item.

For international orders, once you choose your destination country at checkout, you will be automatically charged with specific international delivery rates provided by the courier service. Additional taxes or duty charges are not included. For orders over 30 kgs and once the order is placed through the website, our logistics department will send you a shipping quote for your approval. Once the shipping is approved and paid, your item will be shipped immediately.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. BT Commercial is not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
