We are proud to present our completed air conditioning project for BT Group’s new premises, The Watercourse, located in the burgeoning commercial hub of Mrieħel, Malta. This modern property, finished to the highest standards, includes offices, showroom, and stores for BT Group’s use, as well as extensive office space for rental.

Situated close to the Malta Financial Services Authority and within the Central Business District, The Watercourse is designed with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and eco-friendly elements. The premises feature 5 levels of car parking, showroom space with offices on level zero, and three additional levels of office space. Innovative design aspects include a ventilated roof, a non-sanitary water supply system, natural lighting through atriums and skylights, high-performance thermal glass, and electric car charging points in the parking areas.
